I'm a bit worried because my heart rate has been consistently between 105 and 110 beats per minute, even when I'm resting. It's been like this for the last 20 days. Can you tell me what's going on and if I should be concerned?

My mother-in-law is 65 and she's really struggling with high blood pressure that just won't seem to get under control, even though she's on a high dose of BP meds. I've been dealing with high BP for about 8 months now. I was taking Stamlo 5 but it didn't really get it under control. So last month, I added Telma 20 to the mix and it's helped a bit with the numbers, which are now around 180185. But lately, I've been having these episodes where I can't catch my breath for a few seconds, and it feels like my heart suddenly skips a beat. It's kind of worrying and I'm not really sure what's going on. Could this be related to my medication or is it something else?
