I've been having this cholic pain below my abdomen since I woke up this morning. It kind of comes and goes. What do you think could be causing this?

Can a normal healthy person take isabgol every day? I deal with chronic diarrhea and I've been taking 2 teaspoons of isabgol mixed with lemon and water every morning. Is this okay?
