I've been having a dry cough for a few days now, and I'm using Zedex cough syrup as my local doctor suggested. The problem is, the phlegm isn't coming up when I cough; it just stays in my chest, which is why the coughing won't stop. Could you offer any advice on what I can do about this?

I've been dealing with asthma since I was a kid and used to take Aerocort Rotacap. But a bit ago, my doctor switched me to Formoflo 250 and it's been working well. Is there any chance I can get around the visa denial issue due to the old TB marks on my X-ray? It's frustrating because I had TB six years ago, I've been completely fit since then. I really don't know how to get a clear X-ray now. Is there anything I can do about this?

I've been dealing with a running nose and a blocked left nostril for the past three days, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The cough started two days ago, and I'm coughing up white phlegm with some severe wheezing. The left side of my chest hurts when I touch it. I've had asthma for about 12 years and usually rely on homeopathy, but this is the first time in two years it's gotten this bad. What would you recommend for quick relief?

Patient is a known case of astma, advised tab augmentin duo 625 mg ,orally,thrice daily for 7 days, syp ascoril 10 ml ,thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bed time for 7 days, tab paracetomol sos for fever and MDI Seroflo inhaler twicw daily and sos for breathing difficulty.
