I've been having this dull pinch sensation in my penis whenever I'm straining, stressing, or even just sitting or standing. It first showed up during a regular masturbatory sessionnothing too rough. It's been hanging around for the last several weeks, and now I've noticed a purple spot on the glans corona, right where I feel the pinch. It kind of looks like a bruise. Just recently, the sensation seems to be happening less often and isn't as intense. What could be going on?

Wash the wound*: Immediately wash the bite area with soap and water. 2. Seek medical attention: Consult a doctor for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and wound care.

Foods to Avoid

  2. Oily food: Oily food can slow down the healing process.
  3. Sour food: Sour food can increase the risk of infection.
  4. High-sodium food: High-sodium food can increase swelling and delay healing.
  5. Raw meat and seafood: Raw meat and seafood can increase the risk of infection.
  6. Unpasteurized dairy: Unpasteurized dairy products can contain harmful bacteria.

Foods to Eat

Focus on nutrient-rich foods that promote healing:

  1. Leafy greens: Leafy greens like spinach, kale, and collard greens are rich in vitamins and minerals.
  2. Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruits, and lemons are high in vitamin C, which promotes healing.
  3. Berries: Berries like blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins.
  4. Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds like almonds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds are rich in healthy fats and protein.
  5. Whole grains: Whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread provide essential fiber and nutrients.

Remember to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and other fluids.

I'm really worried because I've been diagnosed with a varicocele grade 3, and my right and left testis seem to be normal. According to the doctor, the veins are dilated and measure 3 mm at rest. My semen analysis shows sperm motility is only 18, while it should be 50 or more. The doctor mentioned that my infertility might be due to this varicocele issue. Could this really be affecting my fertility, and what are my options?

With a Grade 3 Varicocele diagnosis, characterized by dilated veins measuring 3mm at rest, and low sperm motility of 18%, your doctor's assessment that the varicocele is likely contributing to your infertility is reasonable; consider consulting a urologist or andrologist to discuss surgical options, such as varicocelectomy, to repair the varicocele and potentially improve sperm motility and overall fertility.
