I've been having fever on and off for the past few weeks. Initially, I was diagnosed with typhoid on May 11th and started a 10-day course of antibiotics, which seemed to work at first. But just a week after finishing the medication, the fever returned, and I tried some home remedies, which only temporarily controlled it. Now, my fever is back at 100F, and I'm feeling quite down about it. Can you please advise on what steps I should take next?

View allI'm someone who usually takes Dolo 650 when I'm feeling feverish or have a headache. But I recently heard that it's banned in India. Is it harmful? What are the alternative medications I can take for this?
Dolo 650mg is not banned in India. You can consider taking Crocin 650 mg. It contains paracetamol which is effective for reducing fever and relieving headache. The usual dosage for adults is 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
