I've been having fever on and off for the past few weeks. Initially, I was diagnosed with typhoid on May 11th and started a 10-day course of antibiotics, which seemed to work at first. But just a week after finishing the medication, the fever returned, and I tried some home remedies, which only temporarily controlled it. Now, my fever is back at 100F, and I'm feeling quite down about it. Can you please advise on what steps I should take next?

View allI'm a bit worried about taking Augmentin 625 because I read somewhere that if you've had jaundice in the past, you should let your doctor know. I had jaundice around 15 years back, but I've just finished dealing with chicken pox two weeks ago and now I've got this boil. Do you think it's safe for me to go ahead with Augmentin?
yes you can take

I'm having some trouble finding formitol tablets in Gujarat. Could you recommend any alternative medications that have the same ingredients? I'm a bit worried and would really appreciate your help.

I'm curious if Buscopan can help with reducing body temperature. Would love to know more about this.
Buscogast, primarily containing Hyoscine Butylbromide, is designed to relieve muscle spasms and cramps in the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts, but it doesn't directly affect body temperature. Its mechanism of action focuses on relaxing smooth muscles and suppressing secretions, which doesn't inherently influence body temperature regulation.
