I've been having frequent nosebleeds lately, and I'm not sure why because I'm not injuring my nose at all. It just starts bleeding out of nowhere, like yesterday it happened three times. The bleeding isn't too heavy, but it does keep happening. Should I be worried about this? What might be causing it, and is there something I should do to prevent it?

Cialis and Viagra are prescription medications for erectile dysfunction (ED). Consult a doctor in Chennai to discuss your suitability and obtain a prescription.
Pharmacies in Chennai require a prescription to dispense these medications.
Other options like herbal supplements or over-the-counter (OTC) products may not be effective or safe.
Consult a urologist or sexologist for personalized advice.
Remember, ED can be a symptom of underlying health issues, so a medical consultation is essential.

View allI'm really worried because my wife has a hole in her eardrum and we're trying to avoid surgery if possible. Is there any way this can heal with medication or tablets, without having to go through an operation?

I've been dealing with nasal issues and got mixed opinions one doctor did an endoscopy and said I have DNS to the right, recommending surgery, while three others who checked my CT scan said it's just allergies and prescribed Cetirizine. The meds help but leave my nose and throat super dry, and the mucus is white. The weird part is I don't sneeze from typical triggers like dust or sunlight, but after sex, I feel like my immune system drops and cold-like symptoms kick in, leading to sneezing. If I skip meds for a couple of days, even small things like temperature changes, water, dust, or smells set off sneezing. How do I figure out if surgery is really needed or if pranayama could help? Is the DNS causing allergic symptoms or is the allergy making DNS worse? Can this be diagnosed precisely, or is trial and error the only way?
septoplasty is advised.
