I've been having gallstones and feel a burning sensation in my chest but no actual pain. Are there any natural ways to get rid of gallstones without needing surgery?

View allI'm really struggling with my motions. For the past month, I've needed to go at least three times a day, and it's becoming quite an issue. Since I've been going to the gym for about a year and a half, I had to up my food intake, and it seems like that's when the motion problems started. I also have a gastric problem, and even though my digestion seems fine, I just constantly feel like I need to go. It's been tough to eat because of this sensation. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I might need to change to feel better?

I'm really worried because I've had gastritis since 1998, but these past two weeks have been different. I've been feeling this nagging burning sensation in my upper chest that spreads to my upper back and sometimes even to my arms. It gets worse when I'm lying down in bed, making it quite uncomfortable. I've tried taking some antacid tablets and they worked a bit, but the pain is still pretty intense and annoying. Could this be something more serious, or is there something else you'd recommend I do to get this under control?
