I've been having stomach pain every five minutes for the past three days, and it feels like my stomach is swelling. Do you have any idea what could be happening or how I can make it stop?

I'm really worried about my dad's liver test results. The bilirubin levels seem a bit off with total at 0.93 mgdl and direct at 0.35 mgdl. The SGPT and AST are at 74 UL and the SGPT ALT is 120 UL; both are higher than they should be. Is it something we should be concerned about? My dad enjoys two pegs of alcohol daily - could that be affecting his liver? What do these numbers mean, and should we be taking any steps to improve his liver health?

STOP ALCOHOL. BLEND DITE. TABLET URSODEX PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIFTEEN DAYS. REPEAT TEST AFTER THAT. FRESH CURD, BUTTER MILK ARE BENIFICIAL. O.K, BYE.

My dad's SGPT levels came back at 125, and I'm really worried about what this means for his health. Is this something serious? Could it indicate liver damage, and if so, how can we go about treating it? I'm really anxious to know more about how we can get this under control.

To address this, it is important to identify and treat the underlying cause. I recommend consulting a doctor for further evaluation and management. In the meantime, you can consider giving him Ursodeoxycholic acid. Additionally, encourage him to follow a healthy diet, avoid alcohol, and maintain a healthy lifestyle to support liver health.

I'm dealing with some chest heaviness and trouble breathing, especially in the evenings and at night. Ive had acid reflux before, and now I'm taking doxycycline since I'm COVID positive. My fever's been gone for four days, and my breathing was okay a few days ago, but this chest issue started three days back. My oxygen levels are consistently at 98, so that's good. I took ranidommps and digene last night, which seemed to help, but the tightness and breathing issues came back after lunch today. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

take one more antacid at night and tomorrow morning
