Question

I've been having gas troubles for the past 3 years, like burping a lot through my mouth and feeling the need to go to the bathroom, plus I'm losing weight. Every time it gets really bad, I see a doctor, but all they say is to eat food at the correct time. I've done blood tests, and they didn't find anything wrong. Now I'm down to just 47 kg and I don't have any stomach pain, just a little irritation. Can you suggest anything that might help?

I've recently had some blood work done and found that my ALT and AST levels are off, even though everything else seems to be within the normal range. What do you think could be going on? Should I change something in what I'm eating or take any other medicines?
