I've been having gas troubles for the past 3 years, like burping a lot through my mouth and feeling the need to go to the bathroom, plus I'm losing weight. Every time it gets really bad, I see a doctor, but all they say is to eat food at the correct time. I've done blood tests, and they didn't find anything wrong. Now I'm down to just 47 kg and I don't have any stomach pain, just a little irritation. Can you suggest anything that might help?

View allI'm feeling a bit uneasy because I've had this discomfort and pain in the upper right side of my chest for the past three days. I visited a gastric specialist and he mentioned it might be due to acidity, so he prescribed Pantocid 40mg and Rifagut. I've been taking them for two days now, but the discomfort hasnt improved. Do you think I should get an X-ray to check what's going on? Any advice would be really helpful.
yes do one chest xray
