I've been having a hard time sleeping and my throat really hurts. Plus, I've got this mucus that's kind of worrying me because it has these weird black specks in it. My sinuses feel all swollen too. Should I be worried about these symptoms? What could be causing this?

I'm really worried because last night a fish bone got stuck in my throat, and I can still feel it on the left side below my tonsils. I tried using my finger to get it out, but it just made me vomit really badly and now my throat hurts even more when I swallow. I've also tried eating rice as a home remedy, but that didn't work.
