I've been having this heavy cough that comes and goes, and the mucus has turned white. There's also this wheezing sound whenever I cough. I recently got a test report, and it says my ESR is at 50 mmhour. What could this mean? Is it something I should be worried about?

View allI've been dealing with this constant cough and breathing issues for a few days now, even though I'm on a daily dose of Symbicort for my bronchitis asthma. I'm starting to get really worried because I'm not sure what else I can do. Can you recommend a good pulmonologist I could see, or suggest any other steps I might take to help manage this? It's been pretty stressful not knowing how to handle it.

I'm really worried about my mom. She's been on COVID medication for a couple of days, and because of her long-time wheezing, the doctor told her to use a Budecort 200mg inhaler twice daily. But now she's having some loose motion. Is that something normal because of the meds, or should I be taking her to see a doctor? Her oxygen levels are around 98-99 and her pulse is at 102.
