I've been having this issue for about six months now where every time I eat, I start to gag and it kinda feels like I'm gonna vomit. It seems to get worse the more I eat. I tried taking pantoprazole, but it hasn't really helped. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try?

There could be multiple reasons for your problem. How healthy are you. Increased weitgh an be one of the causes. Also Change the type of food you eat. Take light and non spicy food for now. Your gagging sensation comes from throat or stomach? Take 1 tab Rabekind DSR daily empty stomach. Tab Emset 4 mg 1 tab daily 2 times a day, Tab Herbolax (Himalaya) 1 tab daily once a day. Continue these for 1 week and inform me. Do mild exercise daily and avoid going to bed immediately after meals. Next Steps if problem persists consult an ENT

I'm experiencing some discomfort and it's making me quite worried. I recently dealt with a lower respiratory infection which is now better, but I've been having these digestion issues since. After I eat, it feels like there's gas building up in my chest. It's strange because there's no pain, just a lot of discomfort. I'm having my meals at 11am and 7pm, but I skip eating in the afternoon. Around 3pm, I start feeling like my food isn't completely digested, and I'm taking unienzyme tablets twice a day for it. Do you think it's okay for me to take the unienzyme a third time around 3pm to help with this?
