I've been having this issue for the past six months where I notice some white patches on the glans of my penis, which come off easily after washing. Theres also a small red spot inside the foreskin with some light itching. I got a VDRL test done and it came back negative. I've been using zoster ointment, but I'm a bit worried. Whenever I have physical relations, sometimes the glans gets a bit red, and the foreskin seems to shrink and tighten. Should I be concerned about this, and is there anything else I should be doing or looking into?

View allThere's a small bump near the start of my butt crack that I recently noticed. It doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable, but I had an itchy bum and felt it while I was scratching. The bump doesn't seem to move, and I don't think there's any redness involved. I'm not sure if this is something new or if it's been there for a while. Should I be worried about this?
This could be a benign skin condition such as a cyst or a skin tag. Without further examination, it is difficult to determine the exact cause. I recommend keeping the area clean and dry to prevent any potential irritation. If the bump persists or changes in any way, it would be best to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and treatment plan.

Is it okay to drink milk after you've had some chicken? I'm worried it might not be safe. If it's not recommended, how long should I wait before having milk after eating chicken? I've heard something about it maybe causing white patch skin issues, and now I'm concerned. Could you shed some light on this?
Drinking milk while eating chicken is not recommended as it can cause digestive issues, such as bloating, gas, and diarrhea, due to the conflicting digestive processes of proteins and lactose; a 2-3 hour time gap is suggested between consuming chicken and milk; the combination can lead to the formation of a toxic compound called casomorphin, which can cause skin issues, but there is no scientific evidence linking it to vitiligo (white patch skin disease).

Is it safe to mix Eskinol with Myra-E and then use it on my face? A friend mentioned it to me, and I'm really unsure if this combination actually works or if it's good for my skin.
