I'm a bit concerned about my health after having a cold. My antigen test came back negative, and I've noticed my respiration rate is 14, and my SpO2 has dropped to 95 from 99 before the cold. Im wondering if the lower SpO2 could be related to the cold since I dont have fever or body aches. Could you give me some insight into this?

nothing to worry, continue the treatment

My dad's been diagnosed with pulmonary TB, but it was kind of a surprise because he didn't show the usual symptoms like a persistent cough or weight loss. His weight is 47kg and he's 78 years old. We began AKT4 treatment, and everything seemed fine for the first five days. But by the seventh day, he had really bad nausea, vomiting, and extreme weakness. When we got him to the hospital, they found his sodium and potassium levels had tanked. They've suggested stopping AKT4 for a couple of days until his levels stabilize, then restarting with a slightly lower dosage. Is it okay to pause and adjust his meds like this since it's still the early stage of TB and there isn't much lung damage?

it is okay to restart tuberculosis treatment

I've been dealing with COVID for about a month now, and thankfully, it was mostly asymptomatic at the start. Lately though, I've been feeling this chest tightness or burning sensation, mainly in the evenings. Is this a normal thing to experience after having COVID, and what should I be doing about it?
