I've been having this issue where my foreskin feels really tight. I can pull it back all the way, but it's super painful and takes a lot of effort. Is this something I should be worried about, or are there ways to make it better?

View allI've noticed there's blood in my semen and it's got me a bit worried. I did a urine culture, semen analysis, and semen culture; everything came back negative except they found pus cells between 20 to 25 in the semen analysis. Is this something I should be concerned about, like an infection, or is it something normal?
Pus cells found in semen analysis indicate the presence of infection. To treat this infection, you can take antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin or Levofloxacin. It is important to complete the full course of antibiotics as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

I've had phimosis since birth and live in East Delhi. I really don't want to get surgery are there any non-surgical treatment options I can try? What would you suggest?
One of the best home remedies for phimosis to cure phimosis without surgery is to gently stretch and retract the foreskin with the help of warm water and coconut oil. All you need to do is pour some lukewarm water over the penis, lubricate it with coconut oil and then try to retract the foreskin gently and gradually.
