I've been having a lot of gas trouble along with stomach pain and a headache, and it's not getting better. Could this be something serious? Do I need surgery or any specific treatment?

I'm a bit concerned because I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a couple of months now, but I haven't really noticed a lot of relief. Lately, I've also started feeling this soreness at the back of my throat, like there's some food stuck or something, even though there's no pain or trouble swallowing.
