I've been having a lot of gas trouble along with stomach pain and a headache, and it's not getting better. Could this be something serious? Do I need surgery or any specific treatment?

I've been dealing with a really bad headache for a while now, along with dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. I can't stand noise or bright lights, and being in crowds just makes me feel sick and irritated. Lately, I've noticed I'm constipated too. There was a time when passing stools was painful and difficult, but that seemed to have eased up until yesterday when I saw blood in the toilet.
