I've been having a lot of trouble with acidity every night around midnight, right at 24 am. It's been so hard for me to get any sleep after it happens. I always thought I was eating a normal and balanced diet, so I'm puzzled why this keeps happening. Do you have any advice on how I can stop this acidity or maybe some solutions for getting rid of it completely?

To alleviate midnight acidity (2-4 am) and promote permanent relief, try these measures: avoid lying down after dinner, elevate the head of your bed by 6-8 inches, eat a light dinner, avoid trigger foods (citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, spicy or fatty foods), incorporate alkaline-rich foods (ginger, cucumber, melons), stay hydrated, manage stress through relaxation techniques (yoga, meditation, deep breathing), and consider natural antacids like aloe vera juice, coconut water, or ginger tea before bed.

View allI accidentally swallowed a whole jackfruit seed and I'm a bit worried. I can talk just fine, but I'm not really sure if I'm actually feeling something in my throat or if it's just all in my head. Is there anything I should be concerned about, or steps I need to take?
Yes if there was any obstruction it would have resulted into dysphasia or dyspnea

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with stomach pain and loose motions since yesterday. The loose motions have stopped since last night, but the stomach pain is still there, and I'm experiencing a lot of gas. I tried taking Ocid 20 and Pudin Hara, but they didn't help. I even ate some dahi, but that didn't do anything either. Could you please suggest any medicine that might help with the stomach pain and stop the excessive farting?
no problem u use

I've been dealing with loose motions since this morning, and even after having coconut water and an electrolyte solution, I'm not feeling any better. What else can I try to get some relief? Should I be worried about this lasting longer?
-It sounds like your stomach is still unsettled despite the coconut water and electrolyte solution. If the loose motions persist or you don't feel better soon, it might be helpful to consult a doctor to rule out any infections or other underlying issues.
