I've been having this nagging cough for a few days now, and it's not really getting better. It feels like I'm trying really hard to bring something up, but nothing's coming out. Plus, there's this chest pain that kicks in every time I cough or even when I move my hands. Its making me a bit worried. What could be going on here, and should I be doing anything specific about it?

I'm feeling really worried because my family member has been having a bad cough and chest congestion for a few days now. He's also struggling to get any sleep at night and it seems to get worse when he's talking. We went to a doctor and while his blood pressure is fine and the X-ray showed everything is normal, the doctor prescribed some tablets and a syrup, including Ecozet MTA and Amoxicillin, and also recommended using Neb Duolin for a week. We've been following the prescription, but the cough is still not going away. What should our next steps be? Should we be concerned or try something different?

medications given are good, take syrup ascoril twice a day for 1 week

I've been dealing with TB for about 4 months now and taking meds for it. My recent CT scan showed some fibrotic changes in my lungs, and I occasionally feel chest pain and some inflammation. Should I be worried about this or do you think it'll improve on its own? I'm also preparing for a civil services exam and they check lung function in the medical test, so I'm a bit anxious about it possibly affecting my results. What should I do?

I've been feeling really congested in my chest and no matter how much I sleep, I just wake up feeling tired all day like I can't get enough rest. I tried taking Asthalin before sleeping last night and it seemed to help a bit with the fatigue. I'm also dealing with a lot of acidity all day long, and sometimes it even makes me vomit and I end up coughing up a lot of phlegm. Do you think these things are related, and what can I do about it?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient
