I've been having pain on the left side of my rib cage for about a week and just today I noticed there's an indent there. Should I be worried about this or is it something that will heal on its own? It's kind of freaking me out and I'm not sure what to do.

View allI'm having a sore throat and a dry cough pretty much all the time, especially when I'm outside and come into contact with dust or after eating hot foods. Now, on top of that, I'm dealing with daily constipation and back pain. I'm really not sure what's going on and it's starting to bother me. Any idea what's causing this or how I can get some relief?

I'm wondering if I should start taking Tayo 60K again. I took it back in July and August 2017, one tablet a week. Lately, I've been feeling really weak and tired and find myself getting sleepy during the day. Do you think it's okay for me to take Tayo 60K again now?
It's not recommended to take Tayo 60K (Vitamin D3 supplement) again without consulting a doctor, as excessive Vitamin D intake can lead to toxicity, causing symptoms like weakness, fatigue, and drowsiness, which you're already experiencing; get your Vitamin D levels checked
