I've been having pain in my lower abdomen and testicles, and English medicine doctors diagnosed it as reducible right inguinal hernia. They recommended clinical correlation, but I'm really scared of surgery. Is there any ayurvedic treatment that can cure hernia without needing an operation? I'm worried about the pain and want to explore non-surgical options.

While ayurvedic treatments can help manage the pain and discomfort associated with a reducible inguinal hernia, they are unlikely to cure the condition without surgery. Surgery is typically the primary treatment for inguinal hernias to prevent complications and ensure a complete repair. Ayurvedic approaches may provide symptom relief and support the body's healing process, but they are not a substitute for a surgical repair

View allFound a 2.9mm gallstone during a scan but I have zero symptoms do I really need surgery right away? Just wondering if it can wait or if there are other options since it's not causing any issues
A 2.9mm gallstone that's asymptomatic doesn't typically require immediate surgery. Small gallstones often pass without causing problems, and surgery is usually recommended when symptoms develop or there's a high risk of complications. You can discuss your options with your doctor, who may recommend monitoring the stone's size and location with follow-up scans

My nephew was just diagnosed with Harnia based on his sonography report. I'm really worried does this condition usually require surgery or are there other treatment options we should consider first?
Most hernias in children need surgery, especially if it’s inguinal or irreducible—ultrasound and surgeon review advised.

I'm dealing with something really weird for the first time. I've got an abscess on my buttcrack, and it's been almost a week now, but it hasn't healed yet. I've been trying antibiotics and warmcold presses, but I still don't see the head coming up. I'm a bit unsure about whom I should visit for this. I think draining it out would be best, but shouldn't there be a head before that can happen? What do you think I should do?
Given the persistence of the abscess near your butt-crack despite antibiotics and home remedies, it's essential to consult a doctor, preferably a general surgeon,
