I've been having quite a bit of trouble breathing through my nose. Initially, I went to the doctor, and they recommended surgery for my rhinosinusitis and internal turbinates, so I went ahead with it. But now I'm experiencing even worse issues, like one of my nostrils is completely blockedyou know, I can't even fit a finger inside! I went back, and the doctor mentioned something about a deviated septum. I'm really worried and wondering what could be going on. Is another surgery my only option now, or could there be other treatments or therapies that might help?

I'm dealing with granular pharyngitis and my ENT said my throat is a bit red inside, plus I've got this ongoing acidity issue. I've been put on ESSOM L and Coolora mouthwash for ten days. Should I be worried about granular pharyngitis? Is it just a common thing or can it turn into something serious down the line?

Granular pharyngitis is a condition characterized by the presence of small, red spots on the back of the throat. It is usually caused by chronic irritation or inflammation of the throat. In most cases, granular pharyngitis is not a serious condition and can be managed with appropriate treatment. The medication ESSOM L is a combination of Esomeprazole and Levosulpiride, which helps in reducing stomach acid production and improving digestion. The recommended dosage is usually one tablet before breakfast for 10 days. Coolora mouthwash is used to relieve symptoms of sore throat and mouth infections. It is usually recommended to use the mouthwash after meals or as directed by your healthcare provider. It is important to follow the prescribed treatment plan and complete the full course of medication as advised by your ENT specialist. Additionally, managing your acidity issue through dietary and lifestyle modifications can help prevent further irritation to the throat. If you have any concerns about your condition or treatment, it is best to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance.

I've had a maxillary sinus issue for about 3 years now, and it seems to be getting worse. It started when a doctor gave me some meds, but I only took them for a week and stopped. Recently, I've been dealing with a lot of itching all over my body, especially bad when I get my legs waxed. It's been going on for the last month, and along with this itching, my sinus issues like coughing have also been acting up more frequently. I've started taking steam to relieve it a bit, but I'm wondering what I should do for a proper cure. Should I get my sinus condition checked out to see what's going on, or should I see a doctor for some advice? Any suggestions would be really helpful.

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat for a few days now. It's not painful or hard to swallow, just kind of uncomfortable. I took a look and saw a small bump, like 1 cm or maybe smaller, at the back of my tongue. I can also see my epiglottis and my uvula seems to be touching it. Is this something I should be worried about? It's been four days with this sensation, and I'm not sure what to do.

Consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist to evaluate the bump on the back of your tongue and the uneasy feeling of something stuck in your throat
