I've been having this really strange issue whenever I drink water. It kind of feels like it's getting stuck in my esophagus or something, and then I can't breathe for like a minute or two. It's pretty scary and it seems like I might not be able to breathe again. Do you have any idea what might be going on?

View allI've been dealing with this gastritis issue and taking Pan D twice a day along with Sucrafil as prescribed. It's been about a week now, but ever since I've started this medication, my heart randomly starts beating really fast at times. I did an ECG and an echocardiogram and they both came back normal. I never experienced this before getting gastritis, so I'm wondering if this is linked to the acidity or the meds I'm taking. Any idea what might be causing this?
Yes thats due to Gastritis, follow your doctors advice and consume bland diet with time you will be fine

I'm dealing with erosive gastritis and a lot of acidity, and my doctor suggested I try drinking limestone edible. They told me to dissolve 1mg of chuna in a liter of water, wait for it to settle, and then drink the clear water throughout the day. I'm curious about what benefits this might have. Are there any contradictions I should be aware of? Could this lead to stone formation? And how long should I be doing this for?
Chuna (edible limestone) helps neutralize stomach acid and can relieve acidity and gastritis symptoms by balancing pH levels. However, it should be taken cautiously, as excessive use can potentially affect kidney function and lead to stone formation in susceptible individuals. It's best to follow your doctor's advice regarding duration, typically for a few days to weeks, but only as prescribed. Always stay hydrated and monitor any changes.

I've been dealing with jaundice for the past two months, and I just can't seem to shake it off. My s. bilirubin count is currently at 1.8, but it was 1.4 just last week, so it keeps fluctuating. I was also diagnosed with a fatty liver, grade 2, and I'm not sure what the best way forward is. I'm 22 years old, weighing in at 94kg, and I'm not a drinker. I've cut out dairy and oily foods for two months now, but nothing's changed. Is there still a chance for me to recover completely? What's the best thing for me to do?
your persistent jaundice, fluctuating bilirubin levels, and fatty liver diagnosis, and they may recommend lifestyle modifications, such as increasing physical activity to aid weight loss, adopting a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and limiting sugary drinks and processed foods, as well as medications like ursodeoxycholic acid or vitamin E to help manage fatty liver and jaundice
