I've been having sabja seeds water now and then to help with heat, urinary infections, and keeping my stomach clean. I'm curious if it's okay to just drink the water straight without chewing the seeds. Like, does my body really absorb it that way? Will it still work and give the benefits if I don't chew the seeds?

Drinking sabja seeds water without chewing is not recommended, as the seeds' nutritional benefits and gel-like properties are activated when chewed or soaked in water, allowing the seeds to release their mucilage, which aids digestion and provides other benefits.

Fruits like apples, banana and pomegranates are a rich source of iron and must be taken each day by anaemic individuals to get those pink cheeks and stay in pink of health. Mulberries and black currants too are iron-rich.

I'm really trying to lose 10 kgs and about 3 inches from my waist. I have more of a pear-shaped body, and I'm feeling a bit desperate because I have just one week to do it. My brother's wedding is coming up, and I really want to make a change quickly. Any advice on how I could lose those inches in a week?
