I've been having severe pain in my anus and was told it's a fistula and fissure. The pain was so bad that there was blood with my stool for four days, but after some treatment, the pain eased up. Now I'm noticing pus keeps coming out regularly. I'm really confused about whether this can heal with medicine or if surgery is the only option. What would be the best treatment for this?

Fat reduction surgeries like liposuction carry risks like contour irregularities and anesthesia complications; cost varies but non-surgical options like cryolipolysis exist.

These include home remedies, over-the-counter medications, and office-based procedures like rubber band ligation or sclerotherapy. If non-surgical treatments are not effective or if you have severe symptoms, surgery may be necessary, with a typical recovery time of two to four weeks

I've been dealing with piles and a fistula for a few days now and it's really painful. There's trouble passing stool and sometimes blood comes out too. I'm not sure what to do is there any way to treat this permanently without surgery? The pain is getting hard to handle.

Whether surgery is needed depends on the exact diagnosis, size, and severity of the condition. Some cases can be managed without surgery, while others may require it for effective treatment. A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.
