Ive been feeling my heartbeat quite strongly when I lie down, especially after eating, like 23 hours later. It happens at night too when Im lying down. I had an ECG and echo, and they were normal, though the ECG did show sinus tachycardia. Also, my thyroid test came back normal. What should I do next?
