I've been having some pretty bad gastric issues lately. There's a lot of gas, and my blood pressure is up at 180100. It's been going on for the last 24 hours, and my ECG came back abnormal. I'm also experiencing severe pain in my epigastric area. What could be going on with me? What should I do next?

Given your symptoms of severe epigastric pain, high blood pressure (180100 mmHg), and an abnormal ECG, it is important to seek immediate medical attention. These symptoms could indicate a serious condition such as a cardiac event or severe gastrointestinal issue like a peptic ulcer or acute pancreatitis. Go to the nearest emergency room or contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible for a thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment.

View allI'm having this really uncomfortable pain in my lower left abdomen, and it seems to be spreading to my back. It hurts even more when I'm sitting down, especially on the back side. I'm not sure why this is happening. Should I be worried about it? What could be causing this kind of pain?
Could be indicative of a kidney stone. I would recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. It is important to drink plenty of water to help flush out the kidney stone. If the pain persists or worsens, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.
