I've been having some stomach pain for the past few days, and at first, I thought it was just from heat or something, so I ignored it. But then, I noticed a small red worm in my urine the next morning, which really scared me. This morning, it happened again. I'm super worried now. Could this be dangerous to my health? And I'm really concerned about whether it might affect my fertility. Can you please give me some advice?

View allI'm a bit concerned because my penis is about 9.5 cm when erect and the girth isn't much either. It kind of feels like it's below average and I haven't really noticed any growth since puberty. But, my testes seem to be fine in size. I've got enough pubic hair and a good amount of body and chest hair. My sexual urges are normal so I don't think I have a testosterone deficiency. Can you suggest ways to increase my penis size?

I have phimosis and consulted a doctor on Practo who recommended daily exercises. I tried them for a few days but didn't see any improvement. The doctor also advised against surgery. Should I keep doing the same exercises for longer or try phimosis rings available online? What treatment would you suggest?
circumcision is the surgery advised to the patient.

I'm having a bit of an issue and I'm really curious about what's going on. I seem to need constant stimulation to keep an erection; otherwise, it goes away in about 10 seconds. I'm physically fit and have no problems with blood pressure, cholesterol, or sugar levels. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this? Its just a bit worrying since everything else seems fine.
