I've been having some trouble with my foreskin lately. It seems swollen, and I'm unable to retract it over the head of my penis. This has got me pretty worried. Could you help me understand what's happening and what I should do? I'm feeling quite scared about this situation.

Please consult a urologist or dermatologist immediately, as a swollen foreskin that cannot retract can be a medical emergency, and prompt treatment can help alleviate discomfort and prevent complications.Self-Care Measures
- Practice good hygiene: Gently clean the affected area with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Apply a topical cream: Over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream or antibiotic ointment may help reduce inflammation and prevent infection.
- Avoid irritants: Refrain from using harsh soaps, tight clothing, or engaging in activities that may exacerbate the condition.

View allI've been using morrf5 for about five months now. It was working well and really helped with my hair fall, but over the last couple of weeks, I'm noticing that the density on my left temple is decreasing, and my scalp is becoming more visible, even though I'm still using minoxidil. Could this be just a shedding phase, or is there something else going on?
Minoxidil 5. for local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised, tab finasteride 5 mg once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm feeling a bit unsure about how to properly use the Clindac A gel and Dervia CMS gel that my doctor recommended. Could you give me some guidance on the right way to apply them, like the order or if there's a specific routine to follow? I'm just worried about not using them correctly and want to make sure I get the best results. What's the best approach here?
To use Clindac A gel, you should first wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat it dry. Then, apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected skin once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor. Make sure to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. For Dervia CMS gel, you should also clean the affected area before application. Apply a small amount of the gel to the affected skin once daily, preferably in the evening. Gently massage it into the skin until it is absorbed. Both gels are for external use only.

I've had this flat black mole under my right armpit for a long time, and it hasn't really bothered me. But a few days ago, I noticed some soreness in that area and felt like my lymph nodes were swollen, which only lasted for two days. It happened right when I got my period, so I'm not sure if theyre related. Now, I've started to feel pain in the mole, especially when I touch it or stretch my arm. I haven't shaved my underarms in a while, so that could have caused some of the discomfort too. Should I be concerned about this?
