Considering your symptoms:

Sudden onset of ear pain

Pain in one ear (left)

Feeling of something being stuck

Pain when inserting finger

Possible causes:

Earwax buildup

Middle ear infection

Ear canal irritation

Foreign object in the ear

Recommended actions:

Consult an ENT specialist or a doctor

Avoid inserting objects, including fingers, into your ear

Apply warm compresses to ease pain

Take over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen
