I've had a fever for the past three days and I've been taking Metacin. Every time I take it, the fever goes down, but it keeps coming back after a few hours. I'm getting worried and not sure what to do. Could it be something serious or am I handling it right?

I've been getting B12 injections and I've already taken a couple in my buttocks, but they're just too painful.
