I've had a fever for the past three days and I've been taking Metacin. Every time I take it, the fever goes down, but it keeps coming back after a few hours. I'm getting worried and not sure what to do. Could it be something serious or am I handling it right?

I'm a bit worried and need some advice. I've had a low-grade fever for the past five days, fluctuating between 97.7 in the morning to 99.6 in the evening, along with a mild heavy feeling in my head. The head issue seems to have gotten better in the last two days, and I've reduced my Dolo 650 intake to once in the evening. I used to take it twice a day before.
