I've been having this strange sensation in my chest at night, especially when I lie down flat. It sort of feels like something is squeezing or tingling inside. There isn't any pain or trouble breathing, but it does make me pretty uncomfortable. It never lasts more than an hour, and I seem to feel better if I change my sleeping position. I'm on high blood pressure medicine and recently got my kidney and thyroid functions checked, and everything was normal. I'm curious about what might be causing this. Could it be related to the medication or something else?

View allI've noticed some changes in my recent lab results, and I'm a bit worried. My triglycerides have gone up from 374 in December to 470 mgdl now. My HDL improved from 31 to 42 mgdl, but my LDL dropped from 153 to 78 mgdl and my VLDL jumped from 34 to 94 mgdl. I haven't taken any medicine, just changed my diet and stopped eating out. Should I see a cardiologist or just a regular physician?
You should first cut down on oils, butter and fried foods. Daily brisk walk for at least 30mins

My mom's blood pressure is high, around 180100, and we went to see two different doctors. One gave her cilacar 10, and the other suggested telmipil am 405. I'm really confused about which one she should take. Any thoughts on which might be more effective or better for her condition?

I've been having chest pain every evening, even though my ECG, echocardiography, TMT, and CT coronary angiogram all come back normal. My cardiologist prescribed Flavedon MR 35, to be taken twice a day. Is this the right approach? Is there anything else I should be looking into for these everyday symptoms?
