I've been having this strong pulse in my neck every time I lie down, and it's really affecting my sleepit's like I can feel my heart pounding too hard, and sometimes it makes me feel breathless with some chest pain coming and going. I saw a cardiologist, and they said my heart's okay since my ECG and 2d echo came back normal. My thyroids fine, and my blood pressure usually sits between 11060 to 11075. I'm on Inderal 10 mg, been taking it for about 12 days now. What could be causing these issues, and how can I fix it?

Today I was feeling really breathless, so I decided to see a cardiologist. They had me do an ECG, and after looking it over, the doctor recommended getting another one in 23 days. Should I be worried about what my ECG showed? I'm also on antidepressants, and I've heard they can sometimes cause long QT syndrome. Could that be what's going on with my QTc interval? I've attached my ECG, and I'm just hoping you can let me know if there's anything abnormal.
The QTc interval on your ECG appears to be prolonged, which can be a concern as it may lead to arrhythmias. I'm 49 years old and have been taking amlopin 2.5 for about 5 months now. My blood pressure is usually around 13585, and even though my ECG is normal, I've been feeling some unusual symptoms. Sometimes it feels like my heart is racing or beating irregularly, and I'm worried it might be causing arrhythmia or tachycardia. Can amlopin lead to this kind of fast heartbeat?
