I've been having this sudden trouble with my breathing, like my chest feels tight and it's hard to get a good breath in. I'm not asthmatic, but would using an inhaler be a possible solution to help me breathe easier?

My father's chest X-ray report is showing some concerning stuff and I'm quite worried. There's mention of something like a fibrotic patch with volume loss and consolidative opacities in the right upper zone, and it also says the right hilum is pulled up. The right dome of the diaphragm seems elevated with some opacity in the right CP angle. But it also mentions that the hili, CP angles, and the heart are normal, as well as the rib cage. There's a part about "FSO Koch's etiology" that makes me think it needs more investigation. Could you help me understand what all this means and what steps should be taken next?

My mom got over COVID about a month and a half ago, but her oxygen level is still around 93-95. Should I be worried about this? Do you think I should get her checked by a pulmonologist, or is there a chance she'll just get better on her own in the next couple of months? Before COVID, she had some dust allergies and would often cough, vomit, and sometimes have trouble breathing when going up stairs. What do you suggest I do?

I'm currently going through treatment for tuberculosis and I'm taking rcinex and pyzina 1750 along with Folfit. I'm wondering if I can switch out Folfit for FDSON MP Forte since they seem to have the same composition. Am I missing something important here?

Continue same treatment.
