I've been having trouble with both my knees, especially when climbing stairs or bending them during exercise and daily activities. It's getting really uncomfortable. Can you explain how total knee replacement works and what high flexion knee replacement is? I'm trying to understand if either of these could help with my pain and mobility issues.

My left elbow was fractured when I was a kid but didn't heal properly, so now my arm isn't straight. If I get surgery to fix it, will it look and feel natural? Is surgery a good long-term solution for this?
Yes, surgery can be a good long-term solution for a malunion (incorrectly healed) elbow fracture. The goal is to realign the bone and improve function. While surgery can significantly improve the look and feel of your elbow, it's unlikely to be completely natural, and some limitations in range of motion or strength are possible
