I've been having trouble breathing when I walk up two flights of stairs, and I start panting a lot during cricket. I struggle with just one over and I'm out of breath quickly. I used to be a chain smoker, and I'm really concerned if my past smoking might be affecting my breathing now. Could it be something serious, or is there a way to improve my situation?

View allI'm dealing with hereditary asthma and usually manage ok with my inhaler a few times a week, especially when it's cold. But right now, I'm wondering if there's a mild nebulizer solution that would help. Is Duolin enough for this, or should I consider trying Foracort? I'd really appreciate any advice.
without consult don't use nebulizer by your own

I've been dealing with this annoying dry cough ever since I had a viral fever about a month ago. The cold was gone in about a week, but the cough is still sticking around. It's weird because some days it's just here and there, but other days it's pretty frequent. I can't figure out what's triggering it. It's my first time having a cough linger for almost a month. Luckily, it doesn't bother me when I'm sleeping, but it kicks in when I'm eating or talking. Should I be worried about this, or do you think it'll just sort itself out?
take antibiotics and syrup ascoril
