I've been having trouble with my breathing for like 3 months now, and I'm kinda lost on what to do next. I've already done some tests like an ECG, and it showed my heartbeat is a bit faster than normal. Plus, I've had normal results for my X-ray and thyroid function test. In my latest blood tests, my triglycerides, SGPT, SGOT, and uric acid are just slightly above normal. I've also gained some weight during quarantine and got a bit of a belly. I'm just wondering if all of this could be related to my breathing issues or shortness of breath? Any advice on what might be going on or what I should do?

I'm a bit worried about my CT scan results. It showed a soft tissue attenuation lesion and several lung nodules, with the largest being 9mm. I had a bronchoscopy and the biopsy results came back normal. Should I still consider getting a PET scan, or is it alright to just let it be? Could you help me understand if a normal chest X-ray taken two months after being around someone with TB means I definitely don't have pulmonary TB? Also, can a chest X-ray reliably catch pulmonary TB, or should I be doing other tests? I'm a bit worried and just want to be sure.

Yes,chest x-ray and sputum for AFB and microscopy is advised to the patient for the diagnosis of tb.

I'm an ex-smoker and used to smoke about 10 cigarettes a day for 7 years. It's been 6 months since I quit, but now I'm dealing with acid reflux and have pain in my chest and ribs, plus a cold.
