I've been having trouble with shortness of breath and a dry cough, especially when I'm talking or laughing. I saw a doctor and was given some meds for three days: Zifi LBX, Maxtra Cold, Nelson, and Corex cough syrup. But I'm still dealing with the same issues. What should I do now? Any advice would be appreciated.

That could be due to chronic pharyngitis,visit general physician for evaluationa and appropriate management and also do salt water gargling and take luke warm water

My relative has been experiencing severe back pain for the past three days and the doctor suggested an HRCT scan to check for Covid-19. The results showed a few parenchymal fibrotic bands, but everything else looks normal. I'm quite concerned about what this could mean. I've been having really bad shortness of breath and this tight feeling in my chest, especially when it's cold and rainy like in November and December. I've noticed it's happening a lot more often, like almost every day now. I can't sleep in the early mornings because I start coughing and sneezing, and then immediately feel out of breath. I usually take Seraflo 250 and it helps for a bit, but I'd really love some advice or to know if theres a better medication that might help me deal with this. Any suggestions?
