I've been having really bad shortness of breath and this tight feeling in my chest, especially when it's cold and rainy like in November and December. I've noticed it's happening a lot more often, like almost every day now. I can't sleep in the early mornings because I start coughing and sneezing, and then immediately feel out of breath. I usually take Seraflo 250 and it helps for a bit, but I'd really love some advice or to know if theres a better medication that might help me deal with this. Any suggestions?

View allI'm really concerned about my MRI scan results that showed a pleural effusion and SOL on the right side of my chest. I've already been on medication for 12 months, and the doctor mentioned that a scar might appear but said I don't need to take more medication. Should I be worried about this scar, and is it normal to stop medication now?

Please take a look at my X-ray and ultrasound reports. I've had a cough for 25 days now, with episodes of coughing so hard that I vomit, which has happened about 90 times. The coughing only happens once or twice a day, but it can go on for around 35 minutes each time. I also have mild to moderate pain in my abdomen and chest. My weight has dropped from 78 to 65 over the past three months. Initially, I was told I had malaria, but the test was positive one day and negative the next, so I'm not sure about that. What do you think could be causing the cough and vomiting?
might be lung infection, take syrup ascoril twice a day for 1 week

I'm currently using medications like deriphyllin 150, essiflo puff, combimist puff, asthalin inhaler, and otrivin on a daily basis. I've also got a dust mite allergy. Is it alright for me to take all of these every day?
