I've been having trouble taking deep breaths at times during the day for the past 56 days. I haven't noticed any other issues, but it's starting to worry me a bit. Can you tell me what might be causing this or if it's something I should be concerned about?

I'm having a tough time with my breathing; it's been going on for about a year now. I'm pretty sure it's not asthma, but the symptoms feel like itchest congestion and this incomplete feeling when I breathe. I also deal with constant allergies, like my nose is always running and I sneeze a lot. My family doctor recommended Moncel LC and mentioned something about a smaller rotahaler. Does this sound right, or should I try something else?

Continue tab montek LC ,orally for 14 days and seroflo rotahaler 2 puffs sos for breathing difficulty.

I'm really worried about my friend. Theyve had this cough for about a month now, but no fever. We got some test results back, and one of them says "sputum AFB stain positive" with "acid-fast bacilli seen," while the other test indicates "no pathogenic organisms were isolated after 18-24 hours of incubation." I'm confused about whether my friend actually has TB or not. Could you help me understand what these results mean?

Pulmonologist opinion is advised to the patient.

My dad's been dealing with a fever since February 26th, and even though we started the meds I mentioned before, there's been no improvement. I then went to a pulmonary doctor who mentioned an infection after viewing the X-ray. I'm worried because apart from his hemoglobin level being 11, the blood test came back normal. They ruled out typhoid and malaria, so I'm at a bit of a loss here. Can you offer any advice on what steps to take next?

Tab amoxicillin for 5 days , tab oantop 40mg for 3 day
