I've been having this uneasy feeling on the left side of my stomach for the past four months. It's mostly a lot of gas and acidity. I just got an ultrasound done, and it says I have a fatty liver. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?

I'm dealing with some stomach bloating after recovering from a stomach infection, and I'm feeling a bit concerned. Whenever I walk, especially in the evening, I notice this heaviness or mild difficulty in breathing. Plus, there's pressure and bloating in my upper abdomen. My oxygen levels seem fine while walking, ranging between 98 and 99, but I'm wondering if the breathing heaviness is related to the bloating. Could you shed some light on what's happening?

My dad is 77 and had bypass surgery 25 years ago he's now dealing with bleeding piles and really bad burning around his anus. What can we do to help ease his discomfort?

For bleeding piles and discomfort, increasing fiber intake, using topical creams, and sitting in warm water baths may help. If symptoms persist, a doctor may recommend surgical procedures like hemorrhoidectomy.

I'm having trouble finding Silybon 140 that was prescribed for me to take three times a day. Would it be okay if I instead take two doses of Silybon 70, also three times a day? I'm a bit worried about making sure I get the right amount of medication.

-Yes, you can use two Silybon 70 tablets three times a day as a substitute for Silybon 140, as the total dosage will be the same. However, it's always best to confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before making any changes.
