I'm dealing with some stomach bloating after recovering from a stomach infection, and I'm feeling a bit concerned. Whenever I walk, especially in the evening, I notice this heaviness or mild difficulty in breathing. Plus, there's pressure and bloating in my upper abdomen. My oxygen levels seem fine while walking, ranging between 98 and 99, but I'm wondering if the breathing heaviness is related to the bloating. Could you shed some light on what's happening?

I'm dealing with multiple stones in my gallbladder, and the biggest one measures 10.6 mm with another at 7.5 mm, along with some smaller ones. I recently had quite a bit of pain and got an ultrasound done. I'm curious to know if there are treatment options available that don't involve gallbladder removal. Is it possible to remove or dissolve just the stones?

If you have multiple gall bladder stones and abdominal pain surgery is recommended for removal of gall bladder itself as there might be a high chance to develop stones again in the future. Medical therapy can not dissolve stones but can only manage symptoms like pain and vomiting.

I used to eat really late around 11 pm and go straight to bed. Lately, I've been waking up with my head spinning, sweating a lot, and my whole body feels like it's shivering with pain. One time, I even threw up and after that, I felt normal again. I'm really scared because my blood pressure and sugar levels are all normal. What could be causing this?

It sounds like you experienced a sudden and intense reaction, possibly from low blood sugar or dehydration, even though your BP and sugar levels seem fine. It's good that you felt better after vomiting, but if this continues, it might be worth checking in with a doctor to rule out any underlying issues. Stay hydrated and avoid eating too late.

I'm experiencing some weird stuff lately and I'm a bit worried. I have this strange pain around my left breast and the left side of my chest, and it's been quite constant. I've also been dealing with a lot of post-nasal drip and burping, plus this odd flapping sensation on the left side of my abdomen. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
