I've been having this weird feeling in the front part of my head, like it's being pulled, and it's really sharp when it happens. It occurs every 10 minutes, and I've also noticed some small boils. I'm not sure what's going on any idea what might be causing this or what I can do about it?

I've noticed this strange numbness on the skin of my left kneecap in a small area about the size of a coin, and I can't remember injuring it recently. There's no pain, no issues with movement, and I'm not on any medication. I'm a bit puzzled about why it's happening. Could you shed some light on why the skin in that specific spot is numb?

I'm experiencing twitching all over my body, like in my arms, legs, neck, and back. What could be causing this? Should I be worried?
Body-wide twitching can be caused by various factors, including anxiety or stress, caffeine or nicotine excess, electrolyte imbalances (potassium, magnesium, or calcium), muscle fatigue, or underlying medical conditions like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or peripheral neuropathy, so consider consulting a healthcare professional to rule out any serious conditions and determine the best course of action.
