I've been having continuous dizziness for the past couple of days. Ive tried taking electrolytes and glucose and even had coffee to help with it, but nothing seems to work. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try to feel better?

I'm wondering about how NUROKIND LC actually helps in healing nerves. Also, if I take it for a long time, like about 2 years, could there be any side effects I should be worried about?

Is Numbness a serious problem?
Numbness is most commonly associated with some type of nerve damage, irritation, or compression. When numbness occurs without other symptoms, it doesn't typically represent a medical emergency. However, numbness can be a symptom of a serious condition if it occurs alongside symptoms such as: numbness on one whole side of body, sudden onset, dizziness/giddiness. One can not totally differentiate the cause unless examined by an expert, so it is suggestable to consult a doctor.
