I've been having continuous dizziness for the past couple of days. Ive tried taking electrolytes and glucose and even had coffee to help with it, but nothing seems to work. What could be causing this, and is there anything else I should try to feel better?

I'm really worried about my husband. He's 33 and has been experiencing chest pain for the past three months, as well as dizziness, like he's about to fall down. He also has upper back pain. We've done full cardiac tests, checked sugar levels, blood pressure, urine tests, and even had an endoscopy, but everything came back normal. Despite that, he's still not feeling well. I'm feeling these hard pulses all over my body, like in my head, hands, and legs, and I'm also dealing with constant shaking and body vibrations. My vitamin B12 is low at 150, but my ECG came back normal. This has been going on for years. My blood pressure is normal, and my pulse rate is about 80, though it goes up with exercise or activity. Then in March this year, tests showed my vitamin D and B12 levels were really lowat 6 and 190, respectively.
