I've been having this weird fluttering feeling under my left rib cage and I'm not sure what it might be. On top of that, I've been constantly bloated for the past month no matter what I eat or if I don't eat at all. It's really uncomfortable, and I'm dealing with constipation every now and then too. Is there anything I can do to help with this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or possibly even something like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). To ease the symptoms, try eating smaller meals, drinking plenty of water, and considering foods that are easier to digest. If it persists, its a good idea to consult with a doctor for further evaluation.

I'm a bit concerned about my recent colonoscopy results. The report mentions bits of colonic mucosa with dense patches of lymphocytes and a diagnosis of non-specific colitis. It also says there's no distortion of cryptitis or crypt abscess, and no granulomas were found. Can you tell me what this all means and suggest a treatment plan?

Based on your colonoscopy report, the diagnosis of non-specific colitis indicates inflammation of the colon without a specific identifiable cause; treatment typically involves symptomatic relief and may include anti-diarrheal medications like loperamide, antispasmodics like dicyclomine, andor probiotics to manage symptoms;

I'm experiencing a tightness in my chest that's been going on for about two weeks now, and I also have loose stools and have noticed some weight loss. I went for an ECG, and it came back normal. I initially thought it might be gastric issues, but even after taking gastric medications, there's been no relief. Could there be something else going on? I'm a bit concerned about these symptoms. What should I do next?

I'm dealing with an ulcer that's been bothering me for the past 24 days. Can you let me know how often I should be using Dologel each day? I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing it right.

Dologel should be applied directly to the affected area using a clean fingertip. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of Dologel over the ulcer 3-4 times a day, after meals and at bedtime. Make sure not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after applying Dologel to allow it to properly adhere to the ulcer and provide relief.
