I've been having this weird issue where I feel a cough coming on whenever I take a deep breath. It also tends to act up more when I'm really stressed out. And there's this annoying sensation like something is stuck in my throat. Do you think this is something serious? What could be causing it?

I've been dealing with a dry and cold cough for the past week, and it's really starting to worry me. My doctor prescribed azikem 500, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to take. Is this medication typically recommended for these symptoms, or should I be considering something else? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of while taking this?

I've recently quit smoking and I'm really concerned about how to naturally cleanse my lungs from all that tar buildup. Also, I'm curious about which vitamins and minerals are best for keeping my lungs healthy now. Can you offer any advice?

To naturally remove tar from lungs after quitting smoking, try steam inhalation, drink plenty of water, eat antioxidant-rich foods like leafy greens, berries, and other fruits, and consider supplements like Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Omega-3 fatty acids; also, incorporate lung-friendly minerals like Magnesium, Potassium, and Selenium into your diet, and practice yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises to promote healthy lung function.

I'm a bit worried about my recent CT report, and I could really use some guidance. It mentions that there's a collapse consolidation in my left lower lobe and some specks of calcification with fibronodular changes. They also found a few confluent nodules and scattered small nodules in both lung fields, plus ground glass opacity in my right lower lobe. The impression notes something about mediastinal lymphadenopathy and a mild pleural infusion on the left. Can someone explain what all these terms mean and what I should be concerned about? Is this indicative of a serious condition or something treatable?
