I've been having this weird issue where sometimes I can't swallow my food without drinking water. I used to eat just fine without it, but now it feels like the food gets stuck halfway. As soon as I drink some water, though, I can swallow it down. It's not happening all the time, just sometimes, but it's got me worried. Any idea why this might be happening?

It sounds like you may be experiencing some difficulty with swallowing, also known as dysphagia. This could be due to various reasons such as inflammation, muscle weakness, or narrowing of the esophagus. I recommend you try using a medication like Omeprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast to reduce any potential inflammation in the esophagus. Additionally, you can try Metoclopramide 10mg three times a day before meals to help with the movement of food through the esophagus. Make sure to drink plenty of water with these medications and follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI've been really constipated and my USG showed gaseous distension in the stomach are there any treatments besides medicines to get rid of the gas? Like, could surgery or something else help? It's pretty urgent and I'm not sure what to do
For gaseous distension and constipation, lifestyle changes like increasing fiber intake, hydration, and regular exercise can help. Surgery is rarely needed unless there’s a structural issue causing the gas retention.

For the past week, I've been having this constant gas issue, and for the last three days, I've needed to go to the bathroom three times in the morning. The first two times are fine, but the last one is pretty loose. I'm not sure if this is just from gas or if it counts as loose motion. Could you let me know what might be going on and whether it's okay to take Vitazyme capsules for this?

I've been feeling like there's something stuck in my throat all the time, and it's getting pretty uncomfortable, especially with this burning sensation that comes along with it. Could this be something serious, or is it just a minor irritation? What should I do about it?
