I've been having this weird issue where sometimes I can't swallow my food without drinking water. I used to eat just fine without it, but now it feels like the food gets stuck halfway. As soon as I drink some water, though, I can swallow it down. It's not happening all the time, just sometimes, but it's got me worried. Any idea why this might be happening?

It sounds like you may be experiencing some difficulty with swallowing, also known as dysphagia. This could be due to various reasons such as inflammation, muscle weakness, or narrowing of the esophagus. I recommend you try using a medication like Omeprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast to reduce any potential inflammation in the esophagus. Additionally, you can try Metoclopramide 10mg three times a day before meals to help with the movement of food through the esophagus. Make sure to drink plenty of water with these medications and follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

View allI recently found out that I have grade 2 fatty liver, and it's really worrying me. I'm someone who doesn't drink alcohol at all, so I'm confused about how this happened. Is there a way to reverse this condition, and what steps should I take to do so?
Grade 2 fatty liver can be reversible with lifestyle changes. You should focus on a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight loss if needed. Avoiding alcohol is important. You can also consider medications like Ursodeoxycholic acid to help improve liver function. It is important to follow up with your doctor for monitoring and guidance.

I'm feeling a bit worried about my recent bilirubin test results. The direct photometry reading was 0.36 mgdl when it should be between 0 and 0.30, and the indirect calculated bilirubin was at 1.6 mgdl, higher than the normal range of 0 to 0.9. My total photometry was 1.96 mgdl, outside the 0.30 to 1.20 range too. Could you help me understand what these numbers mean? Also, I'm wondering if these levels might affect my health in any way, particularly when it comes to having intercourse. Should I be concerned about anything specific?
Its not significant no need to worry maintain healthy lifestyle and consume healthy food, and its not related to intercourse.
