I'm really concerned because my liver is enlarged and it's causing a lot of pain. Lately, I've also been having bad gas problems. I've already seen a bunch of doctors, but nothing seems to help. What should I do next?

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of days now. I saw a doctor who prescribed me Devon and Benalgis, one each daily, but I'm still having the same problem. Plus, my blood pressure was pretty low at that time, like 8070. The burning sensation comes and goes, it's not constant throughout the day. Any ideas on what else might be going on or what I should do next?

I've been having loose motions since early this morning and I've already had two bouts of watery stools. Can you suggest any medicine? I wonder if it's because I ate some tomato-based curry outside yesterday. I've just moved to Mumbai a couple of days ago.
