I'm really concerned because my liver is enlarged and it's causing a lot of pain. Lately, I've also been having bad gas problems. I've already seen a bunch of doctors, but nothing seems to help. What should I do next?

View allMy endoscopy impression LAX LES. Narrowing noted at D1 D2 junction. Scope could not be passed beyond. BC taken. Doctor suggested bypass surgery.
The endoscopic finding of a narrowed area at the D1-D2 junction (duodenal junction) and the inability to pass the scope beyond this point suggest a potential blockage in the duodenum. The doctor's recommendation of bypass surgery likely refers to a surgical procedure to create a new pathway for food and fluids to bypass the obstruction, potentially a duodenojejunal bypass. This could be necessary to relieve symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain caused by the blockage

I've been having this really sharp pain on the left side of my abdomen since yesterday, and its honestly freaking me out a bit. My CT scan today showed something about bowel thickening and pericolic fat stranding in the descending colon on the left iliac fossa. I'm really curious and a bit worried about what might cause this kind of issue usually and what the general treatment might be. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I'm really concerned about some symptoms I've been experiencing lately. I've been feeling really fatigued, super sleepy, and I've had a few fevers now and then. I've also noticed some weight loss and hair loss, and I've been getting headaches. My ultrasound report says there's decreased echotexture of my liver, which they mentioned could be hepatitis. Could these symptoms all be related, and should I be worried about the possibility of hepatitis? What steps should I take next?
Based on your symptoms of fatigue, sleepiness, occasional fever, weight loss, hair loss, and headache, along with the ultrasound report showing decreased echotexture of the liver suggestive of hepatitis, this points to possible liver inflammation. I recommend further blood tests and a detailed evaluation to confirm the cause and guide treatment effectively.
