I've been having this weird problem where I feel really dizzy at night when I'm trying to sleep. It's so frustrating because it makes it hard for me to actually fall asleep. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or what I can do to stop it?

View allI'm experiencing this strange sensation whenever I go to bed and move around, it feels like there's movement, and then when I stand up, my feet feel like they're moving too. I've been taking Neurocetam Plus as advised by my ENT doctor for the last 17 days, but this keeps happening every 8 to 10 days. The good news is that the sensation seems to become less intense each time it occurs, but it's still really concerning me. Any thoughts on what might be going on or what I should do next?
you continue medicine, it take time to cure.

I'm feeling some tightness in a portion of my head, just above my left ear, and it's been going on for about a year now. When I massage that area, it seems to relax. I'm a bit concerned and wondering what might be causing this. Could it be something I should look into further?
The tightness you're feeling above your left ear could be related to muscle tension, stress, or even a tension headache, especially since massaging the area provides relief. However, if the sensation persists or worsens, or if other concerning symptoms arise, its a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis and tailored treatment.

After a serious brain and left side face surgery from an accident two months ago, I'm still on a liquid diet and can't open my mouth fully. What could be causing this?
After brain and facial surgery, limited mouth opening and difficulties swallowing (dysphagia) can result from several factors, including muscle spasms (trismus), nerve damage, or scar tissue formation. These issues can impact your ability to eat solid foods and could require a period of recovery and therapy.
