I've been having this weird pulling sensation in my lower right abdomen and a dull ache just below my right breast, but it doesn't happen all the time. I haven't noticed any problems with my diet or bowel movements. About a month ago, I took some medicine for mild gastritis after talking to my doctor. Should I be concerned about these sensations, or could they be related to the gastritis or something else?

The pulling sensation in the lower right abdomen could be related to muscle strain or even issues with the appendix. The dull ache below the right breast could be due to musculoskeletal pain or even related to gastritis. Considering your history of mild gastritis, it would be advisable to continue with medications that help with gastritis such as Omeprazole (20mg) once daily before breakfast

View allI'm really concerned right now because I've been experiencing this tightness in my chest, and it feels like something is stuck in my throat. It's making it really difficult for me to sleep. My dad gave me a pantop tablet yesterday, and now my throat feels clear, and my chest is okayish, but there's still this uneasy feeling in my chest with a very slight pain. Last month, I dealt with a cold and cough with white phlegm for about 20 days, but that's gone now. With everything going on with COVID-19, I'm scared to visit a hospital. Do you think I should be taking any other medication, or is there anything else you can suggest?
