I've been having this weird pulsating sensation in my stomach right below my chest, and it seems to get stronger whenever I eat, drink, or even just do some tasks. Im really curious and a bit worried about what's causing it. I've already gone through a USG abdomen scan and an ECG TMT, and both came back normal. Can you help me figure out what might be going on? I'm dealing with heartburn, chest pain, nausea, and shortness of breath, and I've been like this for the last six months. Ive had a 2D echo, ECG, vitamin D check, endoscopy, and blood tests, but everything seems to be normal. What could be causing these symptoms if all my tests are showing up fine?
